BitaBit is a hi-fi audio player for iPhone distributed through the App Store. It plays audio files you choose, public internet radio streams and podcast feeds or episodes selected by you. Pricing and availability are shown by Apple on the App Store listing.

Only import, download, keep or play content that you own, have licensed, that is in the public domain, or that you are otherwise legally authorised to use. Radio and podcast availability, content and usage rights come from their respective providers. BitaBit does not provide, verify or transfer rights in audio content; it plays the files, streams and episodes you choose.

You agree not to use BitaBit to:

• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Import or play files you do not have the legal right to access
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app or its bundled libraries

BitaBit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but cannot guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every audio file and playback route.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overpal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data or audio files.

BitaBit includes open-source libraries under their respective licenses. A full credits list is available in the app under Settings.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
